You are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Self-prospecting for new leads.
- Use existing office marketing tactics to solicit and secure new business.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Ability to be dependable.
- Ability to obtain multiple state-issued licenses.
- Ability to meet weekly and monthly sales goals.
Compensación: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
