Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a robust referral network
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Collaborate effectively as part of a small, dedicated sales team
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals consistently
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of frontline sales experience, preferably in insurance or related fields
- Current Property and Casualty license is required
- Experience working in an environment with weekly and monthly sales goals and willingness to perform in such a setting
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependability and commitment to team success are critical
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary plus commission
- Total compensation forecasted between $50,000 and $65,000 annually
- Retirement plan with company match available after successful completion of a 90-day orientation period
- Paid time off the first year after successful completion of a 90-day orientation period
Additional Information:
- This is an on-site position; remote work is not available
- Flexible part-time or full-time schedules will be considered
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
