What You’ll Do
- Self-prospect and cold call to generate new leads and opportunities
- Discuss additional coverage needs with existing customers and help uncover cross-sell opportunities
- Use prospecting tools and CRM workflows to manage pipeline activity and follow-ups
- Collaborate with a small team while maintaining strong individual productivity
- Provide excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous insurance experience (Property & Casualty)
- Valid Ohio Property & Casualty license
- Proven ability to be self-sufficient and drive results independently
- Experience with typical prospecting software and Outlook / Microsoft applications
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to cold call and present additional options to current customers
- Reliable, self-motivated, and consistent in a sales-focused role
- Able to work effectively within a small team and adapt quickly to a fast-paced setting
Compensation & Benefits
- $25/hour hourly wage
- Generous commission and bonus schedule based on performance
- Total Compensation for successful candidate is expected to be $70,000-$85,000
